JALAPEÑOS POPPERS w/habanera

JALAPEÑOS POPPERS w/habanera

6 large jalapeños

1 large habanera

1/2 cup cream cheese

Cayenne pepper

batter - whatever you like - I prefer thin Japanese type

Finely chop the habanera seed and all. Mix habbs
into the cream cheese and add cayenne. Slit open jalapeños and
insert gobs of the creamy, habanera goo.

Mix up your batter and add cayenne.

Dredge jalapeños in batter, cover with flour,
dredge in more batter. Deep fry till deep, golden
brown.

Warning: These poppers have a powerful kick. :)

For serving, I like to melt red or green pepper jelly to
use as a dip.
